Description: PGP sign and verify elf binary files (with GnuPG)
 elfpgp will sign any binary elf file (executable or library) with a PGP 
 signature (using GnuPG).  Generated signatures can be later verified to 
 detect changes in a binary, or check for trust relationship between the 
 builder of the binary and yourself (via a web of trust).
